Late to this convo but 100% agree with the fence sitting quote. Fence sitting is the absolute worst thing anyone can do, you won't need to go to these quacks charging tens of thousands of pounds for unnecessary transplants if you catch it early enough

You could be right .. Dutasteride is a much stronger drug. Let's see where it goes.

Very simply : 1. Finasteride. 2. Minoxidil and RU 58841Topical Mix. In 6 months you should have progressive healthy regrowth .. at least better than what you have right now. If you do not do any of these, your baldness will progress.

That's very informative - thank you. I would agree with everything you are saying in relation to your sides. Ive got the same issues. Ive lost the crown totally but holding on to the front - it seems a lot of pain for the trade off ... No problem if not, do you have any pics of your crown...

I might add that the fact that it's having a systemic effect is not the desirable outcome as I am trying to achieve topically only.
