I need some good exercises to keep my heart healthy. I've been taking 30 - 60 min. walks at least 5 days a week for the past few weeks. Thats a start. I want to get my heart healthy because the only 2 times I've ever applied minoxidil I got some heart palpitations and diziness. Not good! :shock:

while you have a valid point, my question is about the dht blocker. can all natural products cause shedding, or is that just a side effect of drugs like propecia and rogaine?

Do some research and you'll find that too much zinc can produce higher levels of testosterone. The key is balancing it. You should be taking 10-20 mgs of zinc a day allegedly.
