What are the effectiveness of shampoo compared to the cream? I read that you are using the shampoo. Have you ever tried using cream instead?

Is ketoconazole similar to sertaconazole? Can i use sertaconazole instead. Btw they are used as anti fungal cream right? And I think minoxidil 15% is easily available locally. And sprionelactone is dieuretic, how would it help prevent balding? It's just dieuretic like coffee and tea?
