Well i told Thomas to send me a pic of my order (my backs against the wall and my current piece is dying) and then i would pay him to deliver it, paid for it on my credit card again so if it doesn't arrive i can just let my credit card provider know again and they should refund me again.

I managed to get my money refunded via my credit card company, Hairhub are now saying they have my order and will post out to me if i make an order with them again. What do you guys think i should do? If i don't get it, i could just dispute it again with my credit card company?

I wouldn't order from them, still have not received my order and disputed it with my credit card provider.

Hairhub were the company i was talking about unfortunately, they were great with my order in November but not so good with my next order as i still haven't received it and not getting responses to my emails :(
