My routine after the glue residue is removed from the lace, is to wash the lace with dawn liquid soap. I usually repeat 2-3 times. With this in mind, would you bother washing the hair with shampoo after this?

Only do Paypal, never WU. Its a sure red flag that they could be crooked, or could easily take your money if they get frustrated with you.
