I've not seen a dermatologist for my hair loss, would they be able to ascertain the hairloss type or should I go to a hair specialist instead? And what does the BIG3 refer to exactly?

I'm wondering what kind of hair loss this is, it has been happening for years now and I'm looking for solutions to help me out.
