My Zix Experience - How B6 And Zinc Have Saved My Hair

I roughly count my hairs after I shower in the morning and then when I apply my evening topical of zix. I generally wash my hair daily.

My Zix Experience - How B6 And Zinc Have Saved My Hair

I'm generally a silent lurker on the forum, but been a follower on this thread. So I've been using Zix for just over a year and I unfortunately haven't noticed a substantial decrease in daily shedding. I was hoping my shedding could go from 100 hairs a day to half that. But the shedding that...

    Hellouser's Complete Ru58841 Usage Guide

Very useful post. I'm from the UK and can't seem to acquire Everclear. What can be used as an alternative?

Essential Oil The Ultimate Thread (experiment)

Armando, I am thinking of using the EO approach and just to get my calculations right. I got 60ml of carrier oil, and would like to mix 6 EO's. Would this mean I would only add a max of 5% for the total of all EO's? Or 5% for each EO? I am planning on adding 3ml of each EO. Is this right?

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

Oh my God! I had the best derma rolling session of my life! My scalp felt so pumped and the redness is so much more visible (and blood!). It was seriously a rush of blood to the head! I actually decided to buy a higher quality derma roller from here...

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

I've been rolling for around 2 months and I'm sure more scalp is showing through on the areas I've rolled. I know it's still early days and I will keep on with the rolling but has anyone experienced a little thinning before getting results? One more question, I have quite dry hair (even when...

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

I find that some parts of my scalp bleed a lot easier than others. For example, I could never seem to get my temples to bleed. But now after some many weeks there are some blood spots. Everyone here seems to be experiencing some skin shedding. I've been really consistent with the rolling and I...

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

Do you guys wash your hair the day after derma rolling? If so, what shampoo do you use that won't disrupt the inflammation? I'm currently using Revivogen shampoo a day or so after derma rolling.

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

I've been rolling for around 4 weeks and one thing I haven't been experiencing is the shedding of dead skin. I bleed like a b**ch majority of where I roll using a 1.5mm. Have you all experienced some kind of dead skin peeling off? Is this what needs to happen in order for results?

Crap! So that means my last few rolls will amount to nothing. Back to square one I go...

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

I received my 1.5mm roller today and gave my scalp a good roll. One thing I noticed is that rolling with a 1.5mm was so much less painful and smoother than a 1mm. This could either be due to a better derma roller (ZTGS) or that each of our scalps are different and we need to find the right...

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

After my derma rolling session I always apply copper peptides along with emu oil and even though it stings a little, my scalp feels awesome! Makes my scalp look a lot more pinkish though...

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

Okay I decided to derma roll harder after reading this interesting thread. I've always used a derma roller in the past prior to my copper peptide application a few days a week. But never pressed hard enough to bleed everywhere. Today, I decided to roll my 1mm roller with extra pressure until...

    The Natural Internal Regimen

I see... I don't think I'll be changing my regiment any time soon since my general health has benefitted. I plan on carrying on for at least a year and re-asses the situation then. But having said that I definitely know that Amla is a great addition. Coming from an Indian background, my mum...

    The Natural Internal Regimen

Hi The Natural, I see you have changed your regiment and not using curcumin anymore. Is there any reason for this? I've been in MSM, Curcumin, Resveratol, Vit C and Tocomin for a while now and it's been an awesome combo for me. I feel no itching in my scalp when exercising and most importantly...
