If I were you I would continue the treatment, but put away maybe 50-300 dollars every month for a hair transplant in the next few years, unless of course you can afford to just go out and have one.. You may want to also try minoxidil, but I personally can't stand the stuff. JT

Just a sqaure inch on each side? You shouldn't need more than 1,000 grafts for that, so maybe $4,500 dollars.. Although they say you can go back to work 2-3 days after a transplant, I always take two weeks off, so it sounds like the vacation idea would be your best bet
