If nobody is using Bob, what source are people using for their RU? It's hard to say what norwood I am, I'm a diffuse thinner, so even loss throughout, but seems worse in the front

I've been on RU for a long time, > 10 years. I've had ups and downs, but always slowly loss over time. Bob's RU I've been on for a few years now. Do you use him? I'm looking for feedback from people who purchase from him.
