I had a similar issue. I got some punch outs done. They even put the hair back into the scar. It is a better path than the laser from all the info I gathered.
I have consulted with two very highly renown doctors and both recommended removing upwards of around 100 grafts from the front of my hairline via FUE as part of my repair surgery - I had a very bad FUT procedure done last August.
I would love some feedback from anyone out there who has had...
I appreciate the response. If you look at the first two photos you can see the very coarse, pluggy wiry hair in the front and esp on my right side. It's hard to tell in every pic but the first two it's easy to note the vast contrast between the transplanted hair and my natural hair behind it...
1. Am I safe with Dr. Cole? I know with the word surgery there is always risk. Nothing is full proof when it comes to hair transplant surgery, hair transplant repair or just plastic surgery in general, so using the word safe doesn’t fully apply. I guess what I am trying to say is, does Dr...
Hey I have some questions about my upcoming repair surgery. While attempting to write this post it kind of turned into this blown out piece about the last year and the changes in my life following a bad FUT procedure last August. I really would like some input. I listed questions below which...
Hey guys,
I had 1000 graphs FUT done about a year ago in the front of my hairline and it has been pretty disastrous. I am trying to put together a short list of doctors who specialize in hair transplant repair or even removal. I would LOVE to get these fuckers out, but I am well aware of the...
Curiousone I think if you were able to see me in real life, you'd understand. My hair did look great...but that was weeks ago. The change to it now is not only drastic but scary because it has been so rapid. Something is happening in my scalp. I am trying to shampoo less...I have made...
Thank you for the response House.
I appreciate the heads up. I wish my only problem right now was the kinky texture of my transplanted hair, which other than right temple which feels kinky and pluggy, isn't all that bad. It's really what has been happening behind the transplant. My natural...
Curiousone thank you for the response!
Yes as you can see the hair in the back of my hairline is coming forward...and that is not a styling decision by choice. I recently went to a expensive stylist in philly that I thought might be able to help, (which it obviously didn't) but I know it is...
Of course. I did this a few weeks ago. The first two pics are from me 6 months out from surgery. You can see how my hair is falling normal and naturally.
The last few are what's been happening since April. Its hard to tell but my hair now in the back and throughout my head no longer lays...
Yeah. I went up for my 6 month follow up but things were fine with my hair at the time. I have an apt set up with him next week so I will be taking the trek up to NY. I emailed and sent him pictures. He doesn't think it has anything to do with the transplant...and maybe it doesn't. I am not...
Hey guys, I could really use some input. I got an FUT procedure done in September with Dr. Bloxham at Feller & Bloxham. I got 1000 graphs in the front and temples of my hairline. Everything was going great and up until 6 months, my hair was growing in and the hair I had behind the transplant...
Or could the sudden change in my hair be attributed to a problem with the transplant? I should have changed the title of this header to
PLEASE HELP ME, MY HAIR IS DOING REALLLY WEIRD THINGS AND IT LOOKS AWFULLL
But I totally choked. Damn
