You need better lighting in your photos, but from what I can see you still have a full head of hair with veeeery slight receding. Go see a derm and if they confirm youre balding then finasteride will help you keep what you got. I wouldnt get on finasteride until I got a professional opinion first.

Your hair is fine. Leave this forum and go see a shrink concerning your BDD and OCD. Thats the real problem, not hairloss

If a derm already said you were okay than just continue to monitor as you have been. Upon first glance I wouldnt think you had any hairloss.

Kind of hard to tell. I have a cowlick myself and even when I wasn't thinning out it kind of looked like I was. If you are starting to thin you are in the beginning stages. Go see a derm to make sure.
