how do i know if it's male pattern baldness or just stress? what are my choices? cause I got 2 male brothers and both of them have fine hair like me but no sign of balding whatsoever? please help :(

My hair was always fine since i was a kid growing up, but idk if I'm thinning since I don't really watch my hair that much, what do you guys think?
