I started developing gyno on dutasteride, Anastrozole took care of it, I am on 0.5mg anastrozole 1x a week now, no gyno problems anymore.

You can try 0.5mg anastrozole 1x a week, I started developing gyno from dutasteride also, confirmed by ultrasound. My estradiol was also elevated. I take anastrozole 0.5mg 1x a week and my nipple is no longer sensitive + estradiol is at the lower end of the normal range now.
