nizoral shouldn't cause u to shed. If u are starting a new treatment shedding is usually a good thing as it means there are new hairs growing and u are responding to the treatment

minoxidil works all over the head. It's just more research has been done on it's affect on the back. Don't know if you will find a better regrowth topical than minoxidil. I find a rotation of american crew revitalise shampoo (with copper peptides) and nizoral is the only thing that stops my scalp...
