Update! i added minoxidil to top area 1 week ago. im using minoxidil to temples for 7 months. and im using saw palmetto 340mg and pumpkin seed oil capsule 1380mg for 7 months. I had telogen effluvium 8 month ago cause of crash diet, and i have diffuse thinning.
