Can confirm, this is the truth. We need a real solution, not promises and bandaids. There are also people who are not candidates for hair transplants, at least not as they currently do them: because of poor donor areas, too much loss and not enough donor hair, risk of shock loss, or all of...

There is dermmatch, and then there are volumizing powders. How well they will work depends on a number of factors. A picture of your hair would help. How much density do you have? Are you diffuse thinning or do you have bald patches? How long do you keep your hair on top?

T/Sal (Did not help)
Head & Shoulders (minor scalp irritation, and did not reduce the itch)
Tea Tree Oil (Did not help)
Various suggestions about Coconut Oil, Vinegar, and Mayonnaise
In addition, the...
I have diffuse thinning, but when using a volumizing shampoo and blown dry it can look very full.
I generally just need touch one of two thin spots. Of course, once I do that it I have spots that no longer blend in with the rest of the hair, so I end up with situations as above.
You can test applying a very sparse amount of toppik, and it may slightly improve the thinning areas. However, none of the concealers are going to provide anything approaching a realistic appearance of full coverage. You simply don't have enough hair for fibers to attach, and putting dermmatch...
