I wash my hair not more than three times a weel. As well I make sure my shampoo's do not contain SLS(sodium lauryl sulfate).

I think all hairloss treatment should have this side effect listed since they all cause some sheding at some point. Sometimes to replace "weeker" hair and sometimes just because. But I guess as long the general appearence of the hair is good, there is no reason to panic.
