I recently added Rosemary oil into my regimen (0.5 derma, minoxidil, finasteride) and started to notice these tiny black hairs pop up. Really hoping these turn terminal, will they eventually get to that stage? They're past the peach fuzz stage, and already have my hair color. Anything I can do to help them...

I've been on Dutasteride for 3 months now and noticed these tiny hairs pop up after 1 month in. They disappeared after month 2 and now on month 3 they came back again, but more came with them. They're noticably darker than before. Regime: Dutasteride 0.5mg Monoxidil Dermaroller 1.5mm

Do I just apply it to where the vellus hairs are? I just got it from Amazon today

Left photo is 2 weeks after taking Dutasteride and right photo is 2+ months after. I know it's too early to tell, but I'm thinking it'll get thicker in the circled area.
