Hmmm I've always had very oily hair too. I just always hated eashing my hair because it would dry out my hair so much, especially with thick curly hair...

Well my mom was adopted but was able to track down her parents. She told me that her father wasnt bald.

Okay, il definetly start calling some dermas after the holidays. thanks for also recommending a specialist in hair. I would have just gone to a skin/care derma.

The hair doesn't seem to be too far gone, if it take finasteride will I see some regrowth? Also could I take minoxidil to regrow and then when I'm satisfied just stop using it and maintain with finasteride?

Can they also determine if I'm 100% balding? Because I don't feel like my hair is thinning at the top. I just have really curly thick hair. Then again... Who knows anymore, I'm in denial at the moment thinking eating more fish and avacados will help... That and clinging onto my father's sides...
