So I've been on finasteride a month and lost a lot of temple and crown. I see scalp like i never did and density is way down. The amount of hair I'm shedding is scary, but you know how people exaggerate on this forum, so ill just add pictures. These pictures are one month apart. plus what are these little pimples I'm getting on my scalp.
only other treatment I'm using is nizoral 1% 3 times a week.. Should i add min?
Need opinions on all please.
first two before finasteride, second a month on.

Tough to gauge the difference between the photos because they are under different conditions. Your hair is not pulled back in the same way.

Did you have a period where you used only Nizoral? I find it makes me shed a ton and gives me sores/pimples on my scalp.

you have been on finasteride for 1 month and are already freaking out... i would first wait a few months before assessing the situation and see if you are a good responder to the drug. We all know that if you want to give yourself the best chance,it would be to go on the Big 3. finasteride 1mg each day, minoxidil 5% ,1 ml twice a day,and nizoral 2% 2-3 times a week. There are other products you could use,but i'm not sure about how effective they are.

We all don't know that nizoral does anything besides reduce dandruff.
