I have been on proscar 1/4 tabs for almost 11 months, and generic minoxidil for almost 8 months. I guess my hair looks relatively the same as it did 11 months ago except i can really tell a recede in my left temple area and a little in the right one where I continuously apply minoxidil, and havent seen much of any regrowth, but doesnt look too noticeable to anyone else. So overall I would say that it is working but still shed a lot of hairs mostly dark healthy hairs. I just want to know if these healthy hairs that fall out are most likely to grow back how can I tell. Also if proscar is working for me how long will it work , some comments from long term finasteride users and number of years it has worked could help me out. Also I just got involved with a girl and want to know if those of you with girlfriends tell them about your treatments, and if my treatments arent working I m kind of stressed she wont want to be with me but I think I will get a transplant if they dont, any comments or advice would greatly be appreciated thanks
