19 Year Old Diffuse. Finasteride Thickening

Hello everyone,

So basically I've been diffuse thinning for over a year now and I was just wondering if taking Finasteride will thicken my hair to the point where my scalp is barely visible anymore. I started taking finasteride back in August 2016, so I'm at the 5 month point and I barely notice any visible difference from when I started to now. I do however, see some hairline regrowth but from what I can tell it's just thin hairs popping up, nothing too serious. Not sure if this is a positive sign or not for how I'll respond.

The pictures are not the best, and you didn't label them for us to know when each is taken. With your hairloss you will need some time to see significant results. Also if you are not on minoxidil and derma rolling you should start both.
