propecia is known to be cause the temples to disappear over time.If you wanna have your temples all the time you need to be using avodart which it may make you reallly depressed like it did to me.

If I was in your shoes, I would get back on dutasteride, and I would avoid taking any transsexual drugs. I know you said you noticed an increase in shedding when you used dutasteride before, but it is a scientific fact that dutasteride itself cannot actually cause permanent hair loss. Removing the DHT from your body can only possibly have a positive effect on your hair. That is a scientific fact.
Dutasteride can be expected to put a complete halt to any further hair loss, and will have a good chance of gaining you some additional regrowth. I've been using dutasteride for over five years with great success.

Definitely noticed more thinning in temples and hairline since starting Finasteride.
The idea that this less than ideal treatment can do more harm than good is devastating. At the same time similar to @Calikid still looks similar despite shedding and complete loss of density and stopping is a tougher call.
Beforehand I was diffuse shedding mostly vertex and crown. A year in same rate of shed but now more traditional pattern emerging.

Did you lose your drive for life and your libido while using avodart? It has been 9 months I have lost every dream I had Every vision of my future I don't wanna do anything anymore because LIBIDO equals LIFE DRIVE AND PURSUING.Plus I got Erectile dysfunction I cannot keep my penis erect during sex and it decreased in size it was 7 inches now it is 6.5 plus I don't get any orgasm intensity for that reason I lost the most important male pleasure ORGASM.I am thinking of killin myself all the time I don't know why because I don't wanna get out of the house Because I am fatigued my body was 6 feet1 195 lbs 10 percent body fat lean muscular body but I cannot do Bodybuilding like I did before I started using the drug like 9 months ago.I do not know what to do. I don't know of any evidence that it can cause an upregulation of androgen receptors. And even if it were to do so, I'd think that this effect would be hugely overpowered by the fact that dutasteride removes 98-99% of the DHT that is involved in hair loss (that which is produced by the 5ar type 2 enzyme).
Sorry to hear that things are tough for you at the moment. It is very unfortunate that you were not able to tolerate 5ar inhibitors. Yes you should definitely get on CB-03-01, and maybe try a low dose of oral minoxidil such as 2.5mg a day. What Norwood level are you by the way?
I feel like the dutasteride has reduced my libido slightly, but my libido is still very much there. I seem to also have slightly softer erections than before I treated my hair loss, but this side-effect is also very mild. So basically, just very mild sexual side-effects in my case, but not non-existent.
