21y.o Receding Hairline And Temples,help Me :(

Hello there,the last few months i can't stop thinking my hair loss problem,its worse than ever and i am a little desperate and today i found this forum,i am only 21 years old and i am afraid that my problem is gonna be even more bad
let me tell you my story,i always had a big wide forehead,since i was 3years,i always had it,but when i was like 16-17 years my temples started getting back ,at the age of 20 they went even more at the back and my hairline too. Now i am 21 and this year because i was feeling depressed about my hair i decided to play with them and change them so i bleached them sometimes and dyed them silver.I think the hairlines got damaged a little because of the bleach so then i dyed them back to my natural color.At the top and at the back my hair is okay,the only hair loss is on temples and in the hairline that receded.
could you please tell me what can i do so i can have my hair back? and please i want something cheap because i live in greece and we have financial problems these years,i hope there are sites that ship to my country because here in greece all the hair loss treatments are expensive,
Anyway here are some photos that i took today so u can see and tell me in which norwood i am in, i think it's 3,right? thanks in advance :/

Thanks for the answers! Can you please tell me where i can buy cheap kirkland minoxidil from internet that ships to europe(greece),and could u please tell me how much and how.many times per day i should use,and what dosage of the proscar per day i should take too,thanks again
oh and another question,i read that the finasteride(proscar) recedes the hairline,is it true?
