22M uncommun thinning pattern, is it recoverable?

Hi, for years (or maybe since forever, I don't really know at this point), I've noticed that my hair is denser in certain places: at the front and back of my head (I became aware of this problem the day I looked at the back of my head with a mirror).
Do you know if this corresponds to a particular pattern of hair loss? The most shocking thinning is behind my ears, I have two "holes" (on both sides symmetrically) just above a dense area, I have circled it in blue on the photos.


In these photos, my hair has just under a month of growth from 0mm. When my hair has grown enough, the difference in density at the front is less visible, but at the back the two holes still remain visible.

that is a weird pattern of hair loss. its like the whole outer part of your hair is thick and the inner is not.
i dont know what to make of it

how does it look grown out?

It looks like this, from the front it's not too visible, but from the back...


In this picture I have let more hair grow at the top, however the hair is exactly the same size at the bottom, where it goes from light to dark
