I would say I benefited from seeing other people's results and hearing reviews from various clinics before I decided to take the plunge with Erdogan. Whether from this forum or elsewhere. So I'm offering you a view into mine.
It's hard to describe how big a difference I feel already though it's only been six months and my results are nowhere near finalized. In fact the new growth I do have has only just recently stopped feeling wiry and coarse, yet I do expect further improvement going forward of course. The important thing for me is that on a daily basis my hair has gotten back to normal, that took 5-6 months. After a shower I don't have to scrutinize sh*t or mess with it to cover up my massive bare temples anymore, once it's dried it just looks dense.
To head off a few specifics I would want to know:
Any questions just ask! Cheers.

To head off a few specifics I would want to know:
- 2.5 euros per graft, total was just shy of $7000. Wait. Scratch that. I didn't convert to USD. It was more like $7700. I'm positive I was short $50 and they said whatever. That was awkward and entirely my fault so I appreciated when they told me not to bother getting them the $50 later.
- Facility was immaculate and virtually brand new at the time with plenty of entertainment and superb food if you choose to stay there. Comes with eye candy and live music.
- Driver shuttled to and from airport, spoke little English but what was necessary. Perhaps an hour drive.
- Pre-operation procedures were thorough enough and you take time to plan the shape of your hairline and prepare for what is coming.
- Operation was mostly painless, they offer a sedative (valium I think) and pain killer if the local anesthesia isn't enough. Sure you feel some stabbing when there are thousands of incisions and a manual punch involved.
- Swelling was pretty gnarly and lasted probably a week. I was one of the only ones there crazy or cheap enough to just bounce the next day following surgery, most others wisely or at least affordably planned to wait a week.
- Post-op for the first month was easy. Yeah sleeping sucked for a week or so and I didn't use their pillow as it was too uncomfortable. My transplant area wasn't disturbed sleeping on my side so I slept normally and never found grafts on my pillow nor felt anything catch on threads or what have you. The timeframe of their instructions was spot on and when I began applying pressure in the shower to wash the scabs off they all came off easily within a few days.
- Yes I took their advice and began taking finasteride so I've been on it 6 months. I haven't noticed any side effects and I plan to continue taking it at least through the next year (18 month mark). Not sure I'll continue after that if I am satisfied.
- I got some pretty good shock loss despite going into it thinking "nah not me fam." Extent is hard to tell and it hasn't bothered me so far, I still look at everything as a work in progress so I'll give it some time.
Any questions just ask! Cheers.
