Hello friends,

I'm 35. I'm 5.7" short and weigh 160lbs.

I eat healthy, don't smoke, don't drink. I don't exercise much but I am a bit active.

I have noticed my hair falling since 16 years old. My mom and dad have naturally thin hair, my dad now in his 60's is very very thin but still has hair all over his head.

I never tried anything to help with hair loss.

The shampoo I use is head & shoulders for men 2-in-1 full & thick. Conditioner I usually use whatever my girl is using. I mostly shower in the morning before work and before going to bed.

In the morning I usually dry my hair with a blowdryer.. on warm setting... to give it a fuller look. I also use hair spray to style slightly (tresemme #5 mega firm control)

I'm looking for best recommendation to keep what I got and improve. I'm not looking for quickest way but most solid path. I would prefer a most organic approach for better long term results. I would also opt for more natural vs chemical processes if available and proven effective.

Please help by also suggesting daily care... frequency... do's and don'ts... recommended hair cuts, etc...
if any ready guide can be shared it would be a big plus!

I'm posting pictures from every angle and brushing different directions to help expose the damage in detail from any angle.

Thanks in advance for your support. In return I can always post updated images, reply consistently... and support with any tech related needs by using my nerd skills to help you.

Cheers,

TheLion

So you will probably get recommended to take finasteride and minoxidil. Finasteride to keep your hair and minoxidil to regrow. On top of that I would recommend eating vitamins since the dht robs your hair of them. So try to get vitamin B, zinc, vitamin D, iron etc.

What Raphael said. Finasteride is the most important and effective treatment you can currently get for male pattern baldness but please research it first and weigh up the pros and cons (especially the side effects) before deciding if it's for you.
You could also speak to your doctor first for advice and to verify that male pattern baldness is definitely the cause because if it's something else then Finasteride, Minoxidil ect may not be the correct treatment.
Finally it's not too late to start treatment even in your mid 30s (but I wouldn't leave it much longer). I'm 38 and started on Finasteride and Keto shampoo a couple of years ago. I've kept the hair I had and even had some regrowth!
