37 Yo Baby Hair And In Minoxidil Few Years Whats Next (pic Attached )

First, This forum is been very helpful and thanks, everyone . Well, Long story short I am in minoxidil last couple of years(4-5) Nothing fancy ..Used to do twice a day but last couple of years just once after shower...just basic Kirkland minoxidil and once in a while Nizoral shampoo. The picture you see was completly bald couple of years ago and accoriding to my wife ( she was just taking a picture to make fun of my bald spot ).. I am getting a lot of baby hair and some hair regrowth.
I would like to get your opinion is there any way I can grow some thicker hair? I see plenty of baby hair... This is the latest pic under light and natural. If so should I get into Big 3 ? I am not a big fan of finasteride but if it helps to grow some hair ..will be happy to try..

Also if I go hair transplant route what would you think will be the cost?

Finasteride (finasteride) will not regrow any hair. It will help keep any of those longer thicker hair you have (keep them from shrinking to baby hairs). Using finasteride with Minoxidil will help the Minoxidil POSSIBLY take your baby hair to a thicker state.
THEN you would have to decide if it is enough, AND/OR if you want to add concealer.
Transplant would most likely be very expensive since you are a diffused thinner all over.

That is some hardcore male pattern baldness. You should have been on everything 4-5 years ago not just minoxidil. You wont regrow all that hair with finasteride maybe a little bit at best.
I think propecia should be given to all men like birth control pills. Your like 85 percent likely to go start going bald if your male. Most men dont want to go bald. What else is there that works?
