7 months propecia update with pics please comment

HI guys

Ive been on Propecia and nizoral for 7 months and i have shed constantly since starting. Not sure if its in my mind or not but I think my hair has got thinner and thinner so I have taken to cutting it down to a number 6 all over now. anyway see pics below and let me know what you think????

I think these pics look as though Ive lost more hair, how long dyou think I should stick on the Propecia before knocking it on the head or do you think I should start on the minoxidil???

Looks the same to me, with what I think's the left temple possibly improving. Either way, you should wait at least 12-14 months IMO. I wouldn't quit, as it may not be maintaining your hair, but at least slowing it down.

Glad others thought the same. I think at the very least it has maintained (Which considering your hairloss isn't really noticeable on the face of things, is success in itself).

Compare again at 12 months, may see even more improvement. I'd be happy to get the same results as you.


btw - On your regime you say you're a Norwood 3. I don't think your at that stage (I'm not expert with the scale though).

Thanks guys, perhaps it is just in my mind then. this hairloss thing is a physical and mental battle!!!

Fundi I say im a Norwood three as thats what most of the hair transplant docs has said I was when I sent in pics??!!! :dunno:
