About finasteride And Natural Shedding, Does It Stop It?

So, we all know that in the early stages of finasteride,we usually go thought shedding stage, with regrowth after. But I was wondering, since humans, even when not balding, loose about 100-150 hairs a day naturally (that grow back), does Finasteride stop THAT shedding as well?
