Ok my hairloss is not that bad, if i keep it short, but at 45 i just got tired of focusing on this all the time, i had schedule a consultation for micro pigmentation and just cancelled it, i just don't have the money to put on this the guy was charging 900$ but he did that in is basement, i seen is work impressive but even then.

I started training P90X3 my hip still bothers me a bit i rather put that money on a PRP treatment to get my body back in shape.

Hair loss or thinning is part of life, we are expose to so many perfect male models, lots of them are photoshop and women today are super shallow, even the ones that are below average, that have hit the wall many years ago, go online dating and see for yourself.

Most men want to have a full head of hair because they want to pick up women, its sad, these same men hit the gym for women too, i have been single for 5 years, i met single moms, land whales, below average women who have standards can you believe that i been insulted by those ugly shallow women, then i started going my own way. Other people don't laugh at me anymore because i am a lot bigger then they are at close to 6 feet and 240 pounds, i put my foot down and if they try something i trash them like yesterday garbage ever notice that people who make fun of others are ugly low self esteem idiots.

At 45 i still want to look good, i always trained but my back pain and hip did limit me for a few years even today i have to watch what i do, P90X is a complete workout that i can do at home i got the program at walmart for 25$ got a training mat, knee protector, medicine ball, some db, i got a multi station here in my condo so i can do pulldown. I don't lift heavy and still struggling with my diet all tough intermittent fasting works amazing.

If my hair loss gets worst i will get a tan and shave it all off, i am done going nuts with this, all the drugs dht blocker estrogen blockers and more made me gain so much water and fat and feel awful, the natural stuff does not work.

My health is way more important then my hair honest.

Take care guys and never give up. Here are 2 pics of what i was able to achieve in the past year of being drug free hair loss drug free LOL my hair is not half as bad, if i let it grow its awful you can see all the bald spot that buzz cut works for me. Also one night we went out with friends and i used Toppik it made me look fake and i felt bad all night, this is not who i am.

Hair transplant are out i receive an email from a center that told me for 12000$ i can expect to have 50-60% coverage if my original hair loss really, and there is a good chance it will not work so .......... rather put that on a trip to Mexico and enjoy myself.

Come on, man. I would sell my soul in order to not have any problems with hair next 20 years.

When you are losing hair at the young age, it's not just unacceptable, it's very devastating experience. I don't have a clue how to cope with that.

Dude I am so happy for you to overcome your hairloss at 45. That sh*t is insane. I'm 65 years of age right now and honestly I am still taking these DANGEROUS non-fda approved drugs just to keep my hair. I WISH I could move on like you. I honestly can't believe how kids these days cry about the hairloss. MAN UP ABOUT IT! I've been a NW1 all my life (til 65) and now I lose 50 hairs/day. You know what I did? I SHAVED IT OFF. Becasue that's what you're supposed to do!!!!!!!!

It's nice to hear shaving and acceptance advice from somebody at 45. Those balding 16 years old need to get over it, shave and embrace it! Girls just love that sickly cancerous look!!
But we aren't talking about girls are we? They shouldn't worry about girls and go pursue a career! Employers simply can't pass up offering the young local skin heads job opportunities!

You're right, acceptance is the best way to deal with hair loss.

Hence why... I... with a heavy heart, finally, utterly defeated, admit: I ACCEPTED! I ACCEPTED...

...that I will never be happy, or stop fighting, until I am a NW1. Screw you.

Acceptance and fear are two hard to juggle. Fear tends to win out in most cases. That is why we have so many people with anxiety and depression. I think you can maintain good health and save your hair at the same time. I have thyroid issues and still stay physically fit. On top of that I am a food addict. It's very hard to accept what you fear.

No. I don't call myself alpha, this is the name of a gym. nothing else. people who use terms like beta and alpha are retards. the reason why your thread is a joke is because anyone above 30 shouldn't be able to whine about hair loss. you have literally no saying in this. at 45 u should worry about getting erect rather worry about moving forward. people who are sad about hairloss are 20. some even younger. people who shave their hair off look like cancerpatients, sorry but thats the truth. if u are above 30 its normal, but for people who are 20 just look sick

nice story

now go f*** yourself old degenerate

try to be nw3 at 17 and grey at 25

These type of responses are just ignorant, arrogant and I'd even say ageist. Firstly, who are you kids to preach about what life should be like and how you should feel at 45 years old? Do you guys really think that you get to a certain age and boom, all your insecurities, depression, BDD ect suddenly disappear? Just you wait until you're in your 30s or 40s you could be in for a shock.
@yannick43 isn't trying to be provocative and preachy in his original post. He's baring his soul with a genuine, positive message for people and he makes some good points as well. But you guys are too wrapped up in your self absorbed, egotistical misery to even see this. Even if you don't relate to posts like this, the fact that he's found some peace and that he's trying to help people should be embraced on a site like this. Instead what he gets is "f*ck off"? I think that says more about you guys then him.

Yeah, I can agree with that at some point.

No one will happy to see that he is losing his hair, that's true. And it will make you feel bad no matter how old are you.

And yes, ultimately, it's better to accept your fate and don't harm your body taking finasteride, dutasteride and other sh*t. From the health perspective, it's the best choice.

But, damn, man! Nobody will give a f*** If see bald 45 years old guy, because at this age your best years are gone, probably you already have good job and family. To my mind, your 20s are the best years of life.
It's a time when you can:
- Get a great job
- f*** pretty girls
- Having fun with friends
- Achieve something.

But not to have issues with hair!!!

Basically, other people will make fun of your bald head, pretty girls can easily find another boy friend, which look a way better than you with your bald head.

@SimonC Yeah I guess your 20s can be your best years for a lot of people but never forget that you can still achieve things whatever your age. Life is what you make it.
Personally I think my current age in my 30s are the best. I've still got my looks and I'm young enough to have fun but I've got a bit more wisdom and experience. Most of us shed our youthful angst in our 30s and we have a bit more stability and direction to our lives.
