I'm pretty sure this is an extreme example of a "mental" side effect.. Don't worry, it's normal in people who are very worried about sides, and I swear I was getting gyno for about 2 weeks after starting treatment.
A lot of these people making posts about how they are getting "crazy sides" should take a look at this post here and understand that it's possible that the majority of sides are a mental thing..

Don't worry. It's not mental, but it seems like everyone gets ball ache around here. I have it on and off. I think it goes away with time. Brentx, what made you think you were getting gyno?
I thought the tingling sensation whenever I touched my nipples was a sign of gyno! Haha, I realised that it was normal after I had flashbacks of my girlfriend playing with them and me always telling her to stop because it felt weird! Haha! I think any sides I´ve had were mental, since I´´ve had problems "down there" (like many) before and it was always me being too anxious or whatever.. If anything gives me sides at all it´s how I feel about my hair.
