Looks good ! Where are you planning on buying S5 cream ? You can also give 2% ketoconazole (nizoral) cream a shot (read the Japanese keto cream study)..

You will still have DHT, just not so much that it gives your hair follicles dry prison rape.

I Broke the Mystery of Male Pattern Baldness

Combine that regimen with light physical exercises. Don't drink milk. Don't eat cheese.

Drink milk, eat cheese, just don't overdo it (that goes for anything in life).

Moby (the musician) is a vegan. Hasn't eaten any animal products in over 20 years. He looks like this.

Re: Book: I Broke the Mystery of Male Pattern Baldness

His regimen is good enough but I'd still say never drink milk and never eat cheese. Massage your scalp every night before going to bed.

Dairy consumption is associated with prostate cancer development. Prostate cancer is associated with male pattern baldness. That alone should convince anyone to avoid diary at all costs.

Westerners consume more dairy than any other society. They also have the highest incidence of male pattern baldness.

A subject of one in the picture is never statistically viable. male pattern baldness is multifactorial and , in my belief, multi-causal.

Perhaps he should have his sperm stored in a sperm bank before taking finasteride.

Woeful logic.

Careful Rider. Some people here aren't telling you everything. Your regimen is fine and safe. Better do some reading by yourself.

BTW, including coffee and tea drinking in your regimen. Both these drinks help prevent prostate cancer.

idontwanttobebalding, where have you been?!! :)

I really admire you, S.Foote and Armandein for delving into the minute details of the studies while I only look at things from a broad perspective.

Thanks for this link:

Let me give you "my" take on why CVDs are higher in men: Because men utilise androgens for much of their functions, male physiology has not adapted to modern day settings e.g. schools and offices because they were built to hunt and gather. :) while prehistoric women often stayed within their communities - they have adapted to situations that allow them to be sedentary e.g. to schools and offices.

I agree.
Nice name, The Natural. But there's nothing natural about adults drinking milk. Humans are the only adults who drink milk in the animal kingdom :)

Like I said before, I never said milk causes male pattern baldness. BUt milk is associated with prostate cancer which is associated with male pattern baldness.

My lifestyle is sedentary to semi-sedentary but I try to brisk walk/walk few miles almost daily. What is so bad about milk and dairy products then freakout? Don't you think balanced healthy food matters the most.
