Advice please on when I should start using Propecia?

How bad should you wait before getting on Propecia? When I keep my hair longer than half inch all around i have complete scalp coverage and nobody notices (I can barely even notice unless I use two mirrors directly under the light). However I def have miniaturization b/c a Doctor said so and i can notice. So should I wait to use Propecia and just keep using rogaine foam twice a day and nizoral 1% 4 times a week or get on Propecia ASAP?

Well, since your already using rogaine, then you should probably be on finasteride. I would rather start with finasteride, then add rogaine if needed. Rogaine does not stop the internal problem with DHT like finasteride does. So if you know your balding, I would order some finasteride. And use it.
