Was told I am balding, probably because I owned his *** in chess. Haven't thought about it so much to be honest, but where on the Norwood am I? I'm 32. Not using any medication or anything like that.

Pictures are from soaked wet hair, straight out of the shower.

Norwood 3 diffuse thinning, are you on meds? I'm in the same boat basically.

Nah, no meds. I haven't actually thought of hair loss before. But I see there's a lot of talk about propecia and rogaine. Truth be told, I can't see myself spending so much time maintaining it.

I could definitely afford a hair transplant without really dipping into my savings, but the price wouldn't be worth it if my hair loss kept on progressing. Does it require multiple sessions every year or something like that?

No point in transplant if you arent sure what's your final norwood pattern will be like or you don't have hair loss stabilized.
Plus you can only do so many transplants, since the number of hair follicles for extraction are obviously limited.
Weird that you didnt think about hairloss since at norwood 3 that's quite a drastic difference, unless you have such hair line since adolescence.

Funny enough, My hair looks pretty much like it always had. I guess my temples have recessed a bit, but I don't actually see how much hair I have lost. I'm beginning to realize my hair might not be as thick as it was though.

And how would you be able to tell when your hair line is stabilised? It's pretty much just a gamble, isn't it?

Okey, first of all, screw you guys lol. Maybe it's just the photos I took, but I visited a dermatologist, and she quickly established me as a Norwood 2, not 3. According to their standards, a Norwood 3 has a deep recession, where the follicles have minituarized beyond the ears.

While all that was said felt uplifting, she also had some pretty shitty news. I can definitely expect further hair loss, because she asked about scalp itching which I often have and combed my hair that further proofed I am nowhere near done stabilizing.

The only good news that were slightly uplifting coming out of that session is that I have apparently a highly potential donor area. Basically I can go full head of hair without it showing I have extracted from the sides and back, and the texture on both back and sides are both considered great for the result of the hair transplant. She further suggested a FUE hair transplant instead of a FUT due to scarification.

I have been googling some transplant results, but all I can find are either definitely faked with lighting effects, or photoshopped. Why is it so hard to find actual people posting their transplants? Even with blurring out their face? I much rather see the results of normal people instead of relying on shady hair transplant websites to work out what I can expect.
