Hi there I'm 40, and I've always had a problem with my hairline, it's a bit high and I never wear it fully back, but I'm just hoping it's what is referred to as a mature hairline.

I have buzzed my hair and pushed it as far back as it will go and I've done it in bright lights.

I could really just use an opinion as it's been affecting me for ages

Looks fine, just maturing hairline. No one looking at you would think you are losing your hair.
You will come to love losingbattle88 after a while:)
Thanks for your reply. I was just hoping it was a mature hairline and not Norwood 3.

Really appreciate your opinion, I hope to get some more as well.

Thanks again really appreciate it

I think your hairline is about as good as it gets for white males of your age. I would let this go and not spend a seconding thinking about it. Yes, there's a tiny bit of recession but I see little to no diminution in hair quality. You are a fortunate XY!

I don't bother with the Norwood scale as it's irrelevant because it omits entirely the concept of the quality of the remaining hair.
