Hi all, I have recently travelled to turkey and undergone fue at the front of my hairline and receding patches. I am currently at the 9 week mark and while pretty much all my native hair has regrown (other than the front strip/recipient area) I also have small spiky hairs among my longer native hair throughout my scalp. Ideally the transplant I was after would have dealt with my thinning crown along with my receding hairline but for whatever reason they only did the front and at this point it reallt is getting me down 
I have been using minoxidil for around 8 weeks now and just started finasteride too. The reason for this post is has anyone else experienced this spiky hair sensation and is this regrowth of new therefore more hair? I really am finding it hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel at this point. Any comments of your experiences would be much appreciated. Thanks
