I’m noticing for past 2-3 months that my hair are falling out alot so i did a bit of research and that was “50-100 hairs a day are normal” but i was losing more than that, but now numbers came down a bit but still hairs are falling out. Visited a derm he just gave a straight answer, its male pattern baldness. You want your head full, use minoxidil or you’re gonna be bald.
I haven’t heard good about minoxidil like it stops hairfall but as soon as you leave or get lazy you shed more than before so i thought to not choose this path and go with more natural way. For a long time i’m taking antibiotics for acne and had a stressful period so is it just thinning because of these cases or it’s a downfall of my hair?
In last picture, i’ve castor oil on my scalp with rosemary oil and onion juice.
Edited: My hair line is not receding but my crown tells a different story.

There are no “natural ways” to reduce balding. You need to an actual regimen backed by studies. That means finasteride and minoxidil. Microneedling has some studies behind it, specifically its role in generating growth, so that’s another thing to consider. Anyways, it’ll only get worse from here without proper treatment
