Hello guys and girls.

Here are some couple of pictures of my hair. I´ve been losing some hair everyday for some months now. Last time I went to the Doctor, he said nothing is wrong. But how is nothing wrong when I can see hair falling down, hair that I can pick out from top of my head, etc. I know it´s normal to lose 100 hairstrands a day..

What do you think, do I need to stress about this?

Pictures are taken after a shower with some oil in it.

bro your hair looks like mine. I have for sure diffuse thinning. It seems like you also have it because your hair on top of your head seems thinner than your sides and back. Can you feel a difference when you go through your hair on the sides/back and compare it with your hair in top? If yes, unfortunately you know you're thinning.

I would prefer you go see a derm asap and decide about getting on finasteride

If I have to believe my barber, that doesn’t necessarily have to mean anything. She says most people have thicker hair at the back.

Thing is Ive heard its normal to lose 100 hairstrands a day. I´ve taken blood tests and I saw that I didnt have the recommended quantity of vitamin D. I´ve heard that vitamin D is important for hair, maybe thats the reason?

To be completely honest with you, I don’t know man, I’m struggling with the exact same thing..

I’m shedding hairs like a freaking dog, but my hair looks good when styled or dry and my derm says everything is still good. Same for your hair I think, still looks good in my opinion!

My Doctor told me a couple of months ago it was good. About 1 year ago I went to a hair Doctor and he told me my head was dry, but nothing to worry about. I dont know.

Maybe Ill book an appointment just to check it. When my hair is dry it looks full.

Oh damn, I didn’t even see your hair is semi wet with oil in it. Everyone shows scalp with wet hair or oil in it. Your hair still looks really good mate. Just get it checked out at your local derm, a visit won’t hurt and might give you some peace of mind.
