Hair loss treatments are not like tanning lotions. You cant just put it on and say "Hey it worked!" or "Hey it doesn't work!".
One can not determine if something works by subjective opinion, most of the time, when it comes to hair loss treatments. There are too many variables, including how the brain skews EVERYTHING you think you are seeing. Unless that person has sat there, in a controlled environment and had his hair monitored for at least 12 months .... these things need to be determined by studies, research, etc.
