My Doctor. tested my testosterone. It came out in the 200 range, which is borderline low. He put me on Testim 1%, a testosterone lotion applied to the arms daily. I immediately felt an adrenaline rush, like I was 20 again (I'm 37). I worked out for a week staright, (hadn't done that in years). This stuff is amazing. Although, I was worried b/c I take Proscar for hairloss. But, I was assured they don't contraindicate. I do understand there's a risk of further hair loss. But, Ive been using Rogaine since 1990 and Proscar since 2001, and the hairline, temple and frontal thinning is just relentless. I think the treatments slowed my hairloss down, at best. But, if anyone can suggest a good hairline, temple, frontal med., especially since I'm now on testosterone, let me know please. Thanks.
