Anyone gone from very thick NW1 to Norwood 5 in 2 years or less?

I seem to be suddenly heading for Norwood 5A, been losing for a year and 7 months. I'm not looking for sympathy or advice. I was just wondering if there's anyone else who's had it this rapid/agressive.

I've gone from a thick nw2 to a VERY thin nw3.5 in about a year and a half. Based on what I have lost in the last couple of months I think it's possible that I could be an nw5 in 6 months.
