Anyone regained thickness on crown using finasteride/dutasteride alone?

Or has most successful thickening of the crown been on finasteride/dutasteride + minoxidil?

Appreciate any thoughts!

finasteride alone both thickened and regrew some of my hair, mainly in the temples, but also a bit on the crown.

the best treatment there is, IMO.
