Anyone shed with Nizoral and recovered the hair?

I have added Nizoral 2% to my regime (Minoxidil) 5 weeks ago and I think I am experiencing shedding. The hair count has gone up a lot. I am thinning a bit, I can see my scalp where I didn't before.

Has anyone had the same thing happening to them and recovered?
If so, when did the shed hit, when did it stop, and when did you recover?

Be careful too much Nizoral is bad for you. How many days a week are you using it? I overused it for awhile and lost hair in the front. I think it came back though fortunately. Another thign nizoral does is it sometimes makes you lose hair but it also just makes your hair really thin because it reduces sebum so much. So it seems like your using it. I'd back off to only twice a week.
