Anyone With Experience About Trichoscan Can Give Advice For My Results?

Hello,

I got my TrichoScan results and I want to ask someone with experience about it.
I'm diffuse thinning but very confused about these results, because the back has even more hair in the telogenphase - How is this possible if the back/sides are immune to DHT?

Fronthair:

Anagenhairs: 46,4%
Telogenhairs: 53,6%
Vellushairs: 8,9%

Backhair:

Anagenhairs: 39,5%
Telogenhairs: 60,5%
Vellushairs: 3,1%
