I have no evidence to back up what I am saying, but I think I'd suggest against it. Consistency is important in medications, I don't think it would be a good idea to use Avodart for a short time and then go to something else. If I were you I would just wait for the finasteride and start with that, that way if you get no results you can still hope for some with Avodart.

I completely agree. I have been studying avodart all nite while at work (3rd shift) and I am thinking of trying it. But I think the big mistake many people make (myself included) is not giving one treatment enough time. Either due to impatience or a big shed period early on that scares them off the treatment.

If you haven't tried either i would advise going with the propecia 1st before trying avodart. But there are so many more knowledgeable people here I would wait to see what others think. I tried propecia for over a yr and got not results: no bad shedding but no slow down and no more regrowth than what I already had, which wasnt much. Good luck in whatever you decide..

A great way to kickstart those 'a' cup breasts.
