Balding products...and their website images/packaging.

If you look at products like Nioxin and American Crew revitalize and go to their websites you notice that the dude displayed either using the product or just there for show is not balding at all. For instance on the american crew starter kit there is a pic of a person or two and they have thick full heads of hair. Do they do this to make you think you will achieve that? Or because they think it won't look right to have pics of dudes who are half bald and smiling like they are happy to be on a balding product website and/or balding product packaging material.

Just marketing sh*t. I think it's so you think you will get that result.

What gets me most though is the negative connotations of the very phrase 'hair loss' I mean yes it is a loss, but everytime you read that word ( on here as an example) it subconciously or even conciously reminds you that there is the loss, and 'loss' is a negative, depressing word that reminds you of it and makes you think it is a depressing negative problem.

u know what i mean?

Would be better if it was hair *health* talk or something, but as if. haha.

or they should just call it balding treatment...lol... but i think thats a little too harsh. "alright guys, I have to run to the store and pick up some more of my balding treatment."

it would be nice to see a balding guy smiling and posing for one of the many balding serums/sprays/lotions and etc..

just picture it. a balding guy with the horsehoe formation almost showing spraying on AM crew spray on his scalp infront of the mirror smiling like he's positive the treatment is working. But, will that picture alone make balding people not want to purchase it because they see a balding guy on the cover? or maybe its just more discreet.
