Basic Hairloss/maintenance questions.

Hey all, I'm 40. I've had a good run but seeing some hair loss on my temples and I have some questions about going forward.

1. I have started finasteride and been on it for about 9 months (no sides) and I am still loosing a good amount the shower - say about 50 hairs. Q: is it still normal to see this amount of loss when on finasteride? I know up to 100 is "normal" but I thought this would drop in number.

2. I am also using RegenPure DR/NT 2 days a week and the NT the other days. But it makes my hair so dry. Q: i used to use Pantene ProV to soften and straighten my hair before my hair scare.Would using nizoral 2/3 times a week and going back to Pantene be a step backwards?

3 I read that RegenPure maybe snake oil and falsely promoted here. Q: any truth to that?

Maybe try revita? It doesn't dry out my hair at all. I use nizoral 2% which is a little drying but I only use it every third day.
As per your question 3. I've never used that. I use revita and yes the before after photos of that online are definitely fake! But if I'm washing my hair anyway better to use a shampoo geared towards hairloss than not.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried that Revita and it made my hair even drier.
