Propecia have been using it since Sept 2006. To be fair there have been periods where i have forgotten to take it sometime for a few months, however I can't say it;s really worked.

My hair is still falling, and it hasn't helped.

I tried Minoxidil for about 3months and the effect it had on my life was awful. I don;t think i could using that everyday.

So what oter options are there, or am I screwed?

I'm 24yr old Male, no-one else in my family has ever gone bald, I don't really know what else to try.

Scared a bit but dutsaride.

Dutasteride, if you dare. Maybe add a topical, like Revivogen or Proxiphen.

Start reading dude, you'll be lucky if someone gives you a complete answer in a thread like this.
One obvious addition would be Minoxidil if you're not already using it. Generics are just as good as Rogaine so jump on Amazon and get yourself some cheap kirklands.

Check out a few things like skin needling, revivogen, dutasteride, retin-a, laser helmets and whatever else seems to be working out for whoever.

No one's going to feed you the answers in this hair loss game unfortunately. I wish they would.
Good luck bro.
