oh my gosh so now we have totally gyno'd up propecia on the boards its the turn of spironolactone to get a beating!

According to everything I've read on spironolactone there is only a risk of "feminizing properties" such as gyno if taken orally - when applied topically it isnt absorbed systemically- so gyno is very very unlikely - Ive been using it for 6 months and I havent had any wolf whistles from construction workers yet.
